This function allows you to get an overview of all support tickets in the system that you have created.

This function displays all records that have been flagged earlier.


A ticket is a request for help, error report or simply a suggestion for changes to the system.
The list allows for freetext or flag color searches.  


Normally you will create tickets from the ticket link inside each solution, but its also possible to create new tickets from the list by using the "add" button.
Flagged items will allow you to
* Act as a bookmark for important items
* Write small notes for all records in the system
* Alert you if other users changes the item status
 
Flags are created by pressing the flag when in item mode.

What can this feature do for me

This function displays all records that have been flagged earlier.

Flagged items will allow you to

  • Act as a bookmark for important items
  • Write small notes for all records in the system
  • Alert you if other users changes the item status

Flags are created by pressing the flag when in item mode.
