What can this feature do for me
This function allows you to get an overview of all support tickets in the system that you have created.
A ticket is a request for help, error report or simply a suggestion for changes to the system.
Normally you will create tickets from the ticket link inside each solution, but its also possible to create new tickets from the list by using the "add" button.
