Usermanual/Logout

This function logs you off the system.

In the logout process the following work is carried out

• Your session is destroyed, so a new logon is required before data can be accessed again
• All properties are reset to default values, including filters on lists etc

Note that is good practice to log out after you no longer need to interact with the system, as you make sure that no one else can tamper with your data if they get hold of your computer.

In the event that you forget to logout, an automatic logout is triggered by an amount of time specified by your administrator.
